Information you provide

JWP may receive your name, email address, phone number, selected service, message, appointment details, computer symptoms, and other information you choose to provide by phone, text, or email. The current website's question form opens your own email program; it does not directly submit the form to a JWP website database.

Remote-support information

When you approve a remote-support session, JWP may temporarily view system information and on-screen content needed to diagnose or perform the requested work. JWP does not intentionally access unrelated personal files or accounts. Do not display information that is not needed for the service.

Technical information

Hosting and security systems may process IP address, browser, device, requested page, date and time, and similar log information. Google Fonts may receive technical request information when fonts load.

Use and sharing

Information is used to respond, schedule and provide services, communicate about requested work, maintain records, prevent abuse, and comply with law. JWP does not sell personal information. Information may be shared with service providers supporting hosting, communications, payment processing if later enabled, and legal compliance.

Retention, security, and rights

Records are kept only as reasonably needed for service, accounting, security, disputes, warranties if any, and legal obligations. Reasonable safeguards are used. You may request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted. Applicable California privacy rights will be honored when legally required. The website does not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

Do Not Track

The site does not currently respond to browser “Do Not Track” signals because no uniform standard exists and JWP does not currently use behavioral advertising on this site.
