Refund & Cancellation Policy

The current website does not take direct online payments. Price, scope, scheduling, and any product-specific return terms must be confirmed before payment.

Service cancellations

A customer may cancel before remote work begins without a service charge unless a separately disclosed deposit, reserved-time fee, or third-party cost applies. After work begins, charges may apply for authorized time and work already completed.

Refund requests

Contact JWP promptly if you believe a charge is incorrect or the agreed service was not performed. Requests are reviewed based on the confirmed scope, work record, and applicable law. A refund is not guaranteed merely because a computer has an unrelated problem, a pre-existing condition, failing hardware, reinfection, a later software change, or a result outside the agreed scope.

Subscriptions and physical products

Before any subscription or physical product is sold, the customer must receive the applicable renewal, cancellation, shipping, warranty, and return terms. Those specific terms control if they differ from this general page.
