Remote Access Authorization
Use this page as the authorization notice presented before remote work.
I confirm that I own the computer or have authority to approve service. I authorize JWP Virtual PC Repair to connect to the identified computer and perform only the work we agree upon. I understand that I can watch and end the session, that I am responsible for backups, and that no repair outcome or protection from every future problem is guaranteed.
Customer confirmation
Authorization should be documented by written message, email, service record, or an affirmative action in the remote-support tool before connection. Authorization for one session does not automatically authorize future sessions or unattended access.
Limits
JWP will not knowingly use remote access to inspect unrelated private content, conduct surveillance, bypass ownership controls, or perform unlawful activity.
