Terms of Service

These terms govern use of the website and requests for JWP Virtual PC Repair services. A service request is not accepted until scope, price, and authorization are confirmed.

Remote-only public service

JWP advertises remote computer support and software-related services. The website does not invite walk-in visits, residential drop-offs, or unscheduled physical-device delivery. Any different arrangement must be expressly confirmed in writing.

Customer responsibilities

Scope and results

JWP will perform only the agreed work using commercially reasonable care. Computer problems may involve hidden damage, failing hardware, malware, corrupted data, unsupported software, or third-party systems. Diagnosis and repair outcomes are not guaranteed.

Pricing and payment

Displayed prices and service descriptions may change before a booking is confirmed. Taxes, parts, third-party fees, subscriptions, or work outside scope are not included unless disclosed. The current website does not process payment directly.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, JWP is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, loss of profits, or loss caused by pre-existing conditions, failing hardware, customer instructions, third-party services, or missing backups. This does not limit liability that cannot legally be limited.

Governing law

California law governs. Disputes will be handled in a court with lawful jurisdiction in Orange County, California, unless applicable law requires otherwise.
